open year round rate includes full breakfast served family style and evening dessert no smoking-we offer a smoke free enviornment no pets (boarding kennel nearby) well behaved children are welcome if arrangements are made prior to stay.

check in time....3pm-10pm (flexible) check out time...11am (flexible) one night's deposit or credit card will confirm reservation payment: cash, check, travelers checks, VISA, Mastercard,or American Express

Cancellation Policy: full refund if received 10 days prior to stay.
If notified less than 10 days in advance, deposit refunded at host's discretion.

Langdon Room: $75.00 single/$80.00 double
Curtis Room: $75.00 single/$80.00 double
Pond House: $85.00 single/$90.00 double
Shepherd's House: $85.00 single/$90.00 double
Additional persons in room $15.00 each. No charge for children under the age of 2.
NYS Sales tax of 7% and 3% St. Lawrence Co. Occupancy tax additional.

Discounted Rate for college interviews, or extended stay. We accept government rates.
