Once the site of the St. Lawrence University riding stables, our 22 acre estate offers the privacy of a classic country estate. There is ample paved off street parking. At night the sky is aglow with stars. Guests delight in the spectacular sunsets and the lighted fountain at the pond. We are 3rd generation North Country natives. From BURLINGTON-Take I 89 North to the junction of Rte 2. Follow signs to ferry. Take ferry from Grand Isle to Cumberland Head. Take Rte 347 to I 87 South.
